How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the given circumstances, delays may be observed in the delivery of orders at the final destination for all postal services.
When choosing the Standard Shipping, please keep in mind that most international orders are delivered within 4-6-weeks. However, some shipments may take as long as 8-10 weeks.

Also,  please note that all our parcels are shipped through the transit countries (e.g. Greece or the Netherlands) and their hub spots don’t register the received parcels. The next update will be only when your parcel arrives to your country.

We strongly advise choosing DHL Express as a shipping option if you wish to receive your order in a timely manner.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

  • Standard Post – Standard shipping, can take between 1-10 weeks from the day the order is processed
  • DHL Express – Express shipping, usually takes between 2-5 days from the day the order is processed

Important: Please, be informed that we cannot reship orders or issue refunds for orders still in transit to your delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. You will be able to select your country during checkout. Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method you choose. We offer 2 shipping options:

  • Standard Post – Standard shipping, can take between 1-10 weeks from the day the order is processed
  • DHL Express – Express shipping, usually takes between 2-5 days from the day the order is processed

Please note: Shipping to non-EU countries may be subject to duties and taxes. Any charges arising from local regulations remain responsibility of the receiver.

We do not refund original shipping costs, international duties/customs taxes or return shipping costs. However, if your parcel is lost or for any reason is returned to us, we reship it on our cost.

 

How do you ship my orders?

Depending on the chosen option during checkout, our orders are sent either via Standard Post or DHL Express.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we accept Credit/Debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal and giropay.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent all the tracking information via email. More information about order tracking can be found on our Shipping and Tracking page.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 – 5 business days.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns on new and unused items. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us. Please note that sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned.

Please note: will refund the full amount of your returned product after receiving the items, this does not include shipping cost.

Can I cancel my order?

We can only accept and process cancellation requests on pending orders that have not yet shipped. If your order is still pending and you would like to cancel, simply contact us with your order details.
