Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. You will be able to select your country during checkout. Shipping times vary depending on destination but typically is takes between 5-20 days.
How do you ship my orders?
All your orders are sent via post office.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.
How can I track my order?
Once we sent out your order, you will be sent all the tracking information via email.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on destination however once your order is processed and shipped, it typically takes between 1 – 2 weeks to receive it.
On rare occasions and for reasons beyond our control (i.e. customs) the delivery time can be up to 6 weeks for certain destinations.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns on new and unused items. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us. Please note that sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned.
Can I cancel my order?
We can only accept and process cancellation requests on pending orders that have not yet shiped. If your order is still pending and you would like to cancel, simply contact us with your order details.
